Write to support@market-guy.com. That address reaches a person, not a ticket queue, so please give us a couple of working days.

For questions about a subscription, an invoice or a refund, include the email address on the account. We cannot look up a customer from a name alone.

Privacy and data requests

Requests about your personal data — access, correction, deletion, or an objection to processing — go to support@market-guy.com. What we store and why is set out on the privacy page.

Security

If you have found a vulnerability, please report it to support@market-guy.com before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We will confirm receipt and tell you when it is resolved.

Please do not run automated scans against the production site, do not attempt to access accounts that are not yours, and do not degrade the service for other users while testing.

Press and research

Journalists and researchers are welcome to cite the site. The methodology, model card and data sources pages are written to be quotable, and the market accuracy study publishes its figures together with the method and the data as CSV. If you need more detail on a published figure, ask — we would rather give you the caveats than have them omitted.
